Privacy and cookies
Updated 23 September 2026. This policy describes the new ContenTribe website.
1. Contact and scope
The data controller is ContenTribe ApS, CVR 44349124, c/o AnyHow, Søren Frichs Vej 42 B, 1. th., 8230 Åbyhøj, Denmark. For questions about personal data or to exercise your rights, contact sga@contentribe.dk or call +45 50 65 31 05. This policy covers website visits, enquiries and booking through the site. External websites have their own policies.
2. Website delivery
Vercel delivers the website and Sanity hosts content and some media. Requests can include your IP address, browser information, requested file and request time. These technical data are used to deliver and protect the service. Our basis for necessary delivery and security is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Fonts and most images are served with the website; the public pages do not load the former WordPress plugins.
3. Your choices
Google Analytics, the Calendly embed and YouTube embeds are blocked until you consent to each service. Use “Privacy settings” at the bottom of every page to accept, reject or withdraw individual choices. The site remains readable if you reject everything. Withdrawal stops future loading and removes embedded players/calendars; it does not undo processing already carried out lawfully.
We store your choices and their date locally in your browser under contentribe-consent-v2, with a validity of 180 days. Expired choices are removed when you next visit the site. This necessary preference storage is not used to track you. Clearing browser storage resets the choice. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page.
4. Statistics — Google Analytics
With your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), Google Analytics measures visits, pages viewed and browser/device information. We disable Google signals and advertising personalisation. Statistics are enabled only on contentribe.dk and www.contentribe.dk, not on review or local test sites. Page addresses sent by our configuration exclude query strings and fragments.
The first-party cookies _ga and _ga_THYL6JX72P distinguish visits and maintain measurement state. We configure a 180-day lifetime without automatic extension. On withdrawal, we disable measurement, delete accessible Analytics cookies for this domain and reload the page to unload the library. Cookie expiry is separate from retention of data already received by Google. Our Analytics property retains event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months. The retention period for user data resets on new activity. These settings do not apply to standard aggregated reports.
5. Booking and video
Calendly: If allowed, Calendly receives technical connection information and may use cookies or similar storage to provide its calendar. When you submit a booking, Calendly and ContenTribe receive the details you enter, such as name, email and meeting time. We use booking and enquiry details to respond and arrange the requested conversation, on the basis of steps requested before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest in responding to general enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). You can instead email or phone us. Opening the external Calendly link takes you to Calendly's own website.
YouTube: After consent, a click on a video loads Google's player through youtube-nocookie.com. This privacy-enhanced mode does not mean that no data are processed. Google receives connection and playback information and may store data on your device. We do not load the player before consent. Videos served directly as media files do not use the YouTube player.
6. Providers, storage and transfers
Our providers include Vercel, Sanity, Google and Calendly. External services may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Their policies explain their storage, recipients and transfer safeguards. The third-party cookies and storage used by embeds can vary with the provider, browser and login state. You can remove them through your browser; our site cannot delete cookies stored on another provider's domain.
Enquiries that do not lead to a customer relationship, and completed meeting bookings, are reviewed and deleted no later than 6 months after the last relevant contact. We retain information longer where it remains necessary for an agreement, a specific claim or applicable legal obligations. Information relating to an ongoing customer relationship is retained for as long as needed for that purpose.
7. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the details above. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
